Nimrod Long and Associates provided landscape design services to Bayer Properties for this lifestyle center located at the corner of Highway 280 and Highway 459 in Birmingham, Alabama.

NLA was requested to provide full design services for the development of the site entrance and parkway planting and irrigation. Phase III, completed in 2001, has been very successful. Phase IV opened in fall of 2005, bringing the center to nearly one million square feet. A fifth expansion is currently in early planning stages and will include a luxury hotel, 15 story condo and additional retail space.
