Tiger Town Nimrod Long and Associates provided landscape design services to Newton Oldacre McDonald for this lifestyle center located at the corner of Highway 280 and Interstate I-85 in Opelika, Alabama. NLA was requested to provide full design services for the development of the parkway and retail planting and irrigation. The first two phases opened in fall 2004. Phase III opened in fall of 2005, bringing the center to over 750,000 square feet. |
