Urban Center

The most challenging planning element in designing this 200-acre office park was the layout of the entrance parkway through the undulating ridge and valley topography. NLA provided design development grading plans and assistance in the master planning effort to Giattina, Fisher & Company. The first building, the Urban Center, is carefully sited among mature hardwoods, resulting in beautiful views of the natural surroundings from every window.
